If you're looking for information on 79karat service.
I purchased a bracelet from 79karat and it looked beautiful when it arrived, but unfortunately it didn’t fit my wrist. I needed a size 21 in the 3.6mm, but it only went up to 19. Alison was incredibly helpful. After going through a few options together, she gifted me the bracelet that didn’t fit and gave me a full refund, along with a coupon if I ever choose to purchase from them again. Honestly, if that’s not outstanding customer service, I don’t know what is.
I was skeptical at first about this site but I was extremely impressed with how high quality my ring is!! I’m so glad I got it and I will be ordering from 79 Karat again for sure!!
