Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at our store. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from Us.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Alisonjbrody@79karat.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our return address to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

A return shipping charge applies on all returns approved. No refunds on shipping.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders are confirmed 12 hours after they’re placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

 

Return/Refund Policy:

If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact our customer service immediately. Our policy lasts 3day. If after 30 days you have problems and want to change, please contact us via email: , we will try to support you as much as possible and always prioritize the interests of our customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused and in the same condition that you received

  1. It must also be in the original packaging.

    All merchandise returned to 79Karat must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. If the originally packaging is not available, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the device is well protected.

    The return address will vary based on product but will be included in the return label.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

  2. Effective September 1, 2023, we are implementing a refinement in our product packaging procedures. Each product box will now feature a prominently affixed sticker, bearing the following directive:
    Record video when opening the box to ensure warranty benefits“.

This video documentation, when adhered to, will serve as a critical measure to substantiate your rights and protect your interests in the event of any potential discrepancies.
In instances where the error is unequivocally attributed to our company, such as the dispatch of an incorrect product, sizing incongruities, or the receipt of a defective item, rest assured that we will promptly arrange for the replacement of the correct product. You, as our valued customer, will not be burdened with any additional costs or responsibilities incurred in the course of this rectification process.
This updated return policy underscores our unwavering commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind when engaging with our products. We appreciate your continued trust in our brand and remain dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service.

To file a claim, please send us an email to Alisonjbrody@79karat.com and include the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number
  • Package opening video
  • Video/photo of the defective product
  • Label Images

If the problem is significant, we will send you a replacement within a reasonable time. In this event, the original product can be kept at the customer’s disposal.

 

Incorrect Address:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email, and a refund will be processed after that.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Alisonjbrody@79karat.com.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

During a “free worldwide shipping” sale, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/returned to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the promotion.
